We operate an e-ticket system. NO PAPER TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO YOU.
Once you have purchased your ticket online, an e-ticket and a paypal receipt will be emailed to you.
This can be printed off prior to the event or displayed on your phone / mobile device at the concert box office.
TO PURCHASE TICKETS:
Click “Price Link” or click on the concert for more information.
Then click “Buy Tickets Online” or scroll to the bottom of the page.
Follow the onscreen instructions and input all the information requested.
You will then be forwarded to PayPal where you can make a safe, secure online payment using a credit or debit card. Further information on this online payment service is available at www.paypal.com.
If you prefer not to shop online, we also accept direct transfer payments to our bank account; for this option please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Once the transaction is complete, you will be sent two emails:
- A transaction receipt direct from PayPal
- An e-ticket from PM Music which can be printed off prior to the event or displayed on your phone / device at the concert box office.
If either email does not arrive shortly after the transaction has been completed, in the first instance please check your spam and trash folders, as they may be diverted there depending on your own security settings. Please check these folders within 48 hours of purchase as they can be periodically deleted, again dependent on your own security settings.
If you can not find your e-tickets, then please do not worry as the transaction can be traced through your PayPal receipt. If this happens, please forward your full PayPal receipt email to email@example.com
If you can not find either of these emails, then please check with your card provider that the transaction has definitely been completed as it can be aborted if the internet connection is weak or variable.
If the transaction has been confirmed by your card provider, please email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the situation and providing the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Full Postal Address with Postcode
- Email Address you used to make the purchase
- A scan of the physical bank statement or online bank statement clearly showing the completed transaction
With this information we can trace your purchase, and once your transaction has been confirmed through any of the methods above, we will then re-send your e-tickets.
